Board Meetings are held on the third Thursday of every month at 1 PM at 1017 E US HWY 24, Woodland Park, Colorado 80866. The agenda for the meeting will be posted online at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.

Meetings are currently held both in person and virtually via Zoom.

All board documents are in draft until they have been signed, sealed, and notarized.
